Fish for a Cause — Coldwell Banker Exclusive Realty’s Bass Fishing Tournament and Fundraiser was a huge success!
Anglers came together on April 10, 2021 at Green Pond Landing on Lake Hartwell to compete for a grand prize of $2,000. 105 boats came out despite a bit of rain to raise money and items for Connie Maxwell Children’s Home.
Founded in 1982, Connie Maxwell Children’s Home is a 501c3 nonprofit organization offering foster care, residential care, family care and crisis care. The organization serves more than 200 children and their families each year from campuses in Greenwood, Orangeburg, Florence, Mauldin and Chesterfield.
“Our goal is to host one community outreach program per quarter,” Trent Smith said. “In real estate, the success of the community is our success, and we want to find ways to give back.
